As a personal experience, DR Sourabh Singh is number one urologist of kanpur not because of his achievements but also for his nature, the way she talk to patients I liked. Recently I have diagnost with varecoceal in both testicles one with garde 4 and other with 2 . After one month of treatment. Both side grade is decreased by 1 . They suggested me go for open surgery, because my semon counts are decreasing. They done my surgery and discharge me next day . . No havey pain occurs. Sometimes comes but it's minimial.
